This utility was created to help you generate GIFs by using your personal images. The application features a straightforward interface, works with many image formats, and gives you access to a wide range of output configurations.
You don't need much graphic design experience in order to work with this program. All of its output settings are very simple to configure. Simply import the images you wish to use in your project, attach comments to each frame if needed, and export the GIF file.
The application also provides you with several image editing options which come in handy when preparing the photos for the exporting process. You can crop, rotate, or flip the imported images with just a few clicks.
Unfortunately, the program doesn't work 100%. In my testing, Active GIF Creator failed to generate AVI and SWF files using the imported images. Still, this app is, first of all, a GIF generator, and it successfully completes the main task.
Another thing you need to consider is the fact that you can find cheaper solutions for creating GIFs on your Windows PC.
In conclusion, it's up to you to decide if it's worth buying this utility for your computer or not.
